On this day of your 6-day Cairo, Luxor, and Aswan Christmas tour, you will wake up early in the morning and have breakfast at your hotel before meeting your personal Egyptologist and driver. They will accompany you on your Egypt day tours to the Giza Pyramids, Memphis, and Saqqara Necropolis.
Your first stop is the Giza Pyramids, which were built as burial tombs for ancient Egyptian kings and rulers. You will see the three massive buildings in the necropolis of Giza, including the Great Pyramid of Giza, which is the only remaining monument from the ancient Seven Wonders of the World. You can also take a one-hour camel ride in the Giza Pyramids before seeing the Great Sphinx, a mythological animal with a man's head and the body of a lion that has been used by ancient Egyptian pharaohs. You will also visit the Valley Temple, which was built to serve as a mummification temple for the body of the king before burial.
Next, you will visit the ancient city of Memphis, which was the first capital of Egypt from the time King Menes unified the two kingdoms in Upper and Lower Egypt. You will see an open-air museum that exhibits many artifacts that date back to various periods of the pharaonic era, including the massive alabaster sphinx of Memphis and the colossal statue of King Ramses II.
Afterward, you can enjoy lunch before continuing to Saqqara, the old kingdom necropolis, which has the earliest example of a stone pyramid, roughly 200 years before the pyramid of Cheops. You will see the Step Pyramid, which stands at a height of 62 meters with six stepped layers starting with a square base and the burial chamber underneath. You will also visit the Pyramid of Teti, one of the kings of the 6th dynasty, and see the scenes inscribed inside the tomb of the nobles in Saqqara that depict the daily life activities of the ancient Egyptians.
At the end of the day, you will return to your hotel in Cairo.

On this day of your 6-day Cairo, Luxor, and Aswan Christmas trip, after breakfast, your tour leader will accompany you to the airport in Cairo, where you will catch a flight to Aswan. Upon arrival, a certified tour guide will pick you up to start your Aswan excursions.
Your first stop is the High Dam of Aswan, which is positioned between Egypt and Sudan and is considered one of the greatest accomplishments of modern Egyptian history. You will learn about the dam's construction and its impact on the region.
Next, you will visit the Unfinished Obelisk within the granite quarries, where ancient Egyptians cut and transported the stones they used in building their massive funeral buildings and cult temples. The obelisk was made from a single piece of stone during the reign of Queen Hatshepsut.
You will then visit the Philae Temple, which was built to worship the goddess of Magic, Isis. The temple was built by Ptolemy II and completed by the Roman Emperors.
Afterward, you will be transferred to your hotel in Aswan for check-in and an overnight stay, and you will enjoy a tasty lunch.

On this day of your 6-day Cairo Luxor Aswan Christmas trip, you will have a delicious breakfast at your hotel in Aswan before being transferred to Luxor. Your Luxor tour will start with a visit to the Karnak Temple complex on the east bank of Luxor. This temple was built by various kings and was the largest worship place ever constructed. It was the center of religion in ancient Egypt during the New Kingdom when Luxor (Thebes) was the capital of Egypt.
Next, you will experience the west bank of Luxor tours. You will visit the Valley of the Kings, which is the royal necropolis where the treasures of the divine rulers of Egypt were buried with them in rock-cut tombs beside the mountain. One of the most significant tombs discovered here is the tomb of King Tutankhamen with all the golden findings. You will also visit the Mortuary Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, which was built during her reign by the genius architect Senmout. The temple is dedicated to the worship of Amun's trinity. You will also see the massive statues of King Amenhotep III, who was the first to start building the Temple of Luxor.
After lunch, you will be transferred to Luxor International Airport for your flight back to Cairo. Upon arrival at Cairo airport, you will be met and transferred to your hotel for check-in and overnight stay.

Your private tour guide will accompany you to the famous Tahrir Square in Cairo's downtown to visit the Egyptian Museum In Cairo. Where you will see the impressive treasures of ancient Egypt exhibited inside and outside the museum, including the golden collection of King Tutankhamen, which is composed of sarcophagi, jewelry, beds, chariots, boxes, the throne, and the golden mask of the child king.
After that, you will be transported to the area of Old Cairo to see the oldest Christian churches. Your first stop will be the Hanging Church of the Holy Virgin Mary, which was constructed on the ruins of the ancient Roman fortress of Babylon. The church contains the main nave and two side aisles, with the original pulpit in the middle. You will also see the crypt where the holy virgin Mary and the baby Jesus Christ took refuge for 3 months below the cavern church of Abu Serga. You will also visit the Ben Ezra Synagogue, which was once a Coptic Church before being sold to pay the heavy taxes demanded from Christian society.
Enjoy an appetizing lunch in a nice restaurant before transferring to the ancient market of Khan El Khalili, where you will have a great time exploring the area of Islamic Cairo and purchasing souvenirs for your friends to show them how pleasant your tours in Cairo were.
Afterward, you will return to your hotel in Cairo for an overnight stay.
